Data we collect

We collect the identification and contact details you enter, the content of your request, property details when you ask us to sell, professional details when you apply to the team, and limited technical security logs.

Purposes and legal bases

We use the data to answer enquiries, arrange viewings, assess properties and process applications. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in responding securely. Where the law requires consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Retention

Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a contract, legal obligation or legal claim requires a different period. Unsuccessful recruitment applications are reviewed and deleted when no longer necessary.

Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to authorised AS Team and Predimed personnel and service providers needed to host, secure and operate the service. We do not sell personal data. Any transfer outside the EEA must use a valid GDPR safeguard.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD. We normally respond within one month and may ask for proof of identity. CNPD

Security and automated decisions

We apply access controls, encryption for protected credentials, CSRF protection and data minimisation. Contact requests are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing with legal or similarly significant effects.
